Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of garlic
  • 26 ounces of tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 loaf of bread

Method

  1. Preheat the pan and grease it with ¼ cup of olive oil
  2. 1 ½ tablespoon of finely cut garlic and fry it until it becomes golden brown
  3. Dice 26 ounces of tomatoes and add them to the garlic
  4. Add ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, ¼ cup of basil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, salt to taste, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and mix everything together
  5. Slice 1 loaf of bread, put the slices on a baking sheet, spread some olive oil on them, and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 210C or 400F
  6. Serve your bruschetta with the crispy bread you just made

Tips

Rub a garlic clove on the slices of bread to make them tastier.
