Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cgarlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 green cardamoms
  • 7 black peppercorns
  • 1 brown cardamome
  • 1 cup of chana dal
  • 500g of beef or mutton
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • ½ of lemon
  • split chickpeas
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • turmeric
  • potato
  • mint leaves
  • oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • water
  • 22.fresh coriander
  • 4 eggs

Method

  1. Take 500g of beef, wash it, and cut it into cubes
  2. Roast whole spices for 1-2 minutes and then grind them
  3. Cut onion and fry it on low heat
  4. Add beef, soaked split chickpeas, ginger, garlic, green chili, Shami kebab spice mix, turmeric, potato, mint leaves, oil, 1 cup of milk, and water to the pot
  5. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes
  6. Add salt and other spices to taste
  7. Take everything out of the pot
  8. Add some mint, fresh coriander, 1 beaten egg, and 1 chopped onion
  9. Smash everything to create a mixture that resembles a paste
  10. Shape the kebabs
  11. Beat 3 eggs and add some salt and red chili powder to them
  12. Dip the kebabs in the egg mixture and fry them
  13. Serve your meal

Tips

Soak split chickpeas for an hour before cooking so that they will cook faster.
