Ingredients

  • 35g of Italian pepper
  • 50g of red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 700g of tomatoes
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 30g of vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 35g of olive oil
  • 1 glass of water

Method

  1. Take 35g of Italian pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into rings
  2. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut it
  3. Peel and cut 1 garlic clove
  4. Peel and cut ½ onion
  5. Remove the skin from 1 small cucumber and cut it
  6. Cut 700g of tomatoes
  7. Cut 4 slices of bread
  8. Put all the vegetables in your food processor or blender
  9. Add 30g of vinegar, salt to taste, 35g of olive oil, and mix to a liquid consistency
  10. Add the bread slices and 1 glass of water and mix everything together
  11. Strain gazpacho through a sieve if you want to get a more tender texture
  12. Put the soup in the fridge for 2 hours before serving it

Tips

Use ripe tomatoes that have been harvested in season, so that the gazpacho will have a richer taste.
